What this means
Every provider listed on this site is a paid partner. If you click one of our links and start a plan, the provider pays us a commission. This does not change the price you pay, and we receive nothing if you simply read the page.

Does it affect our reviews?
It would be dishonest to claim a commercial relationship has no influence. What we can tell you is how we control for it: we publish our ranking criteria in full so you can check our reasoning, we rank the two providers that hide their pricing at the bottom even though they convert best for us, and we print the drawbacks of every partner on the same page as the benefits.

Compensation
Our affiliate relationships are managed through the Katalys network. Payouts are a flat fee per new customer, ranging from $175 to $500 depending on the provider and plan. We are paid the same whether we rank a partner first or last.
