The 8 Best GLP-1 Telehealth Providers for Tirzepatide and Semaglutide
We compared what US telehealth providers actually charge for compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide, what is included in the price, and how transparent each one is before you hand over your details. Prices run from $99 to $299 a month for the same two molecules, so which provider you pick genuinely matters.

Independent price comparison
The same two molecules. Six prices. We checked every one before you hand over your medical details.

This is not medical advice. Tirzeptides is an independent comparison site, not a healthcare provider. Nothing here creates a doctor-patient relationship or replaces a conversation with a licensed clinician. GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs with real risks and contraindications. Talk to a qualified provider before starting, stopping or changing any treatment.
Every provider on this page is a paid partner. We earn a commission if you start a plan through our links, at no extra cost to you. You should weigh that when reading our rankings, so we say it up front rather than in the footer. Our criteria are published in full on how we rank, including the drawbacks we hold against partners that pay us well.
Why trust this comparison
We are a small independent publisher, not a clinic. We do not test medication and we have no medical review board — we verify what providers charge and how straight they are about it. Every score below is computed from published weights, so you can recompute any number yourself.

Summary: the 8 best GLP-1 providers
HealthRX scores highest at 8.2/10 on the lowest verified twelve-month cost from a certified provider. Bodybuilding Health+ runs it close with the clearest pricing ladder, and bmiMD has the strongest credentials and follow-up care.
Here is the full ranking, scored on six published weights:
- HealthRX — Best overall (8.2/10)
- Bodybuilding Health+ — Clearest pricing ladder (8.0/10)
- bmiMD — Widest plan range, microdosing (8.0/10)

Key takeaways
- Every provider ranked here supplies compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Compounded medication is not FDA-approved[5]. If FDA approval matters more to you than price, see who is not on this list.
- The like-for-like range is roughly $99 to $194 a month for semaglutide over twelve months. The cheapest rates require paying for a year up front.
- HealthRX scores highest at 8.2/10, on the lowest verified twelve-month cost from a LegitScript-certified provider. The top three are within 0.3 points.
- Two providers do not publish any price until you complete a medical questionnaire. We mark them down heavily for it.
- Every provider on this page pays us a commission. Our weights are published so you can check the scoring yourself.
We rescored value on a like-for-like basis — effective monthly cost across twelve months rather than each provider's headline rate. That moved HealthRX to first and Pallas Health to third, because a reduced first month and a promotional teaser are not the same thing as a sustained low price. A promotional teaser rate is not a twelve-month price, and the model no longer treats it as one.

About compounded GLP-1s. Every provider on this page supplies compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide prepared by licensed US pharmacies. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not approved by the FDA and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. They are not the same products as Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. Only a licensed provider can decide whether a compounded formulation is appropriate for you.
HealthRX
Best overall · scored 8.2/10
$99/mo semaglutide on a 12-month plan
- LegitScript-certified (certification #50087439)
- Among the lowest per-month pricing on this list
- Same price at every dose level
Work out what it will actually cost you
Headline prices are per month, but the cheapest ones need a long prepaid plan. Pick a medication and a plan length to see the real total for every provider that publishes its pricing.
Enable JavaScript to use the calculator — all the same figures appear in the comparison table and on each review page.
Estimates from published pricing verified August 2026. Pallas charges a reduced first month, then its standard rate. Figures marked * extend a provider's shortest published plan across a longer period because it does not publish a rate for that length. Where a provider advertises a promotional monthly rate against a much higher list price, treat those totals as a floor rather than a quote. Confirm current pricing before you buy.
The 8 providers, ranked
HealthRX
From $133/mo (semaglutide, 3-month plan) · Compounded semaglutide & tirzepatide
HealthRX takes the top score on the strength of price: about $99 a month for compounded semaglutide over twelve months is the lowest verified figure here, and it comes from a LegitScript-certified provider that publishes its pricing openly. The catch is the commitment — that rate needs a twelve-month plan paid up front, so work out whether you will realistically stay the course before prepaying.
What works
- LegitScript-certified (certification #50087439)
- Among the lowest per-month pricing on this list
- Same price at every dose level
- No insurance required, transparent monthly pricing
What to watch
- Compounded formulations are not FDA-approved
- Best pricing requires committing to a long plan up front
- No brand-name option
Ongoing cost: Semaglutide as low as $99/mo on 12 months; tirzepatide from $209/mo (3-month) or $179/mo (12-month)
Best for: People confident they will stay on treatment who want the lowest per-month cost.

Bodybuilding Health+
$179/mo semaglutide, $209/mo tirzepatide (1 month) · Compounded semaglutide & tirzepatide, plus peptides and longevity products
The pricing ladder here is the clearest of any provider we looked at: you can see exactly what each commitment length costs before handing over any details. Treat the longevity add-ons with more scepticism than the GLP-1 itself, since the evidence base is thinner.
What works
- Clear tiered pricing published for every bundle length
- Microdosing protocols available for people who want lower doses
- Wide catalogue: NAD+ and sermorelin from $129/mo, PT-141, glutathione, GHK-Cu
- Backed by a recognised name in the fitness space
What to watch
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved
- The broad product catalogue can encourage stacking you may not need
- No brand-name option
Ongoing cost: Semaglutide $159/$149/$139 per month on 3/6/12-month bundles; tirzepatide $179/$169/$159
Best for: People who want a predictable bundle price and may add longevity or performance products.

bmiMD
$119/mo semaglutide, $179/mo tirzepatide · Compounded semaglutide & tirzepatide, standard and microdose
bmiMD is unusually transparent about price for this market: every plan carries a visible monthly figure before you hand over any details. The permanent strike-through pricing is a marketing habit rather than a saving, so judge it on the $119 and $179 figures themselves, which are mid-range and fair.
What works
- Publishes prices for every plan openly, before any intake
- Offers dedicated microdose plans for both molecules
- Wide range of adjunct options including metformin and B12
- Claims 80,000+ members
What to watch
- Every price is shown against a struck-through list price, so the discount framing is constant
- Compounded formulations are not FDA-approved
- No LegitScript certification we could verify
- The product range is broad enough that it is not purely a GLP-1 service
Ongoing cost: Advertised against struck-through list prices of roughly $200-$350
Best for: People who want microdosing options and a published price for every plan.

Pallas Health
$139 first month · Compounded semaglutide & tirzepatide, plus brand-name cash-pay
Pallas is the most complete care package on this list. It is LegitScript-certified, its pricing is published up front, and it is the only provider here with a dedicated companion app for dose and protein tracking. The muscle-preservation focus is a genuine clinical differentiator rather than marketing. It scores just below the top two only because its twelve-month effective cost of about $194 a month is nearly double HealthRX's.
What works
- LegitScript-certified telehealth platform
- One price covers clinician review, medication, check-ins, dose adjustments and shipping
- Free companion app (iOS and Android) with dose, protein and symptom tracking
- Offers both compounded and brand-name cash-pay routes
- Clinical emphasis on preserving muscle during weight loss
- Cancel anytime, no separate membership fee
What to watch
- Compounded formulations are not FDA-approved
- Not available in every state
- Tirzepatide costs more than the cheapest compounders
Ongoing cost: $597 per 12 weeks (~$199/mo) semaglutide; $897 per 12 weeks (~$299/mo) tirzepatide
Best for: People who want a credentialed provider with real ongoing care and the option of brand-name medication.

System Labs
$99 first month · Compounded GLP-1, alongside NAD+, sermorelin and other peptides
System Labs is the only provider here that publishes both its introductory and its ongoing rate, which is exactly the transparency this market usually lacks. It is priced above the cheapest options, and GLP-1 sits alongside NAD+ and peptides rather than being the main event, so it suits people who want the wider programme.
What works
- Publishes both the first-month and the ongoing price, which most competitors do not
- Clinician-designed plans with lab testing available
- No insurance required and no membership fee
- Broader longevity range if you want more than GLP-1
What to watch
- The $179 ongoing rate is mid-to-high for compounded semaglutide
- GLP-1 is one product line on a peptide and longevity platform, not the whole service
- Compounded formulations are not FDA-approved
- No LegitScript certification we could verify
Ongoing cost: $179/mo thereafter
Best for: People who want GLP-1 as part of a broader longevity or peptide programme.

Embody
$79/mo semaglutide, $129/mo tirzepatide (Fall Sale) · Compounded semaglutide & tirzepatide
Embody advertises the cheapest flat monthly GLP-1 pricing we have found, and it publishes it openly rather than hiding it behind an intake. The caution is that $79 is a sale price set against a stated $299 list, so confirm in writing what the rate becomes when the promotion ends before you commit.
What works
- Lowest advertised monthly price of any provider we track
- Flat monthly pricing that does not rise as your dose increases
- Price is published openly before any intake
- Both semaglutide and tirzepatide, shipped in 1-2 days
- 24/7 clinician messaging included
What to watch
- The advertised rate is a time-limited 'Fall Sale' against a stated $299 list price
- Compounded formulations are not FDA-approved
- No LegitScript certification we could verify
- Our link carries a lower affiliate-exclusive rate than the public site, which means the public price is not what our readers are quoted
Ongoing cost: Advertised as flat locked-in monthly pricing; list price stated as $299
Best for: People who want the lowest published flat monthly price and will accept a promotional rate.

Gala Health
Shown after the intake questionnaire · Compounded semaglutide & tirzepatide
Gala converts well because the funnel is fast and the flat-price promise is genuinely useful once you reach higher doses. We mark it down for hiding pricing behind a quiz and for countdown-timer urgency that we would rather not see on a medical purchase.
What works
- Flat price at every dose, so titration does not raise your bill
- Fast turnaround: provider review in about a day, then 2-day shipping
- Will continue you at your existing dose if you transfer from another provider
- No membership fee, cancel anytime
- Also offers HRT alongside weight loss
What to watch
- Pricing is not published until you complete the questionnaire
- Compounded formulations are not FDA-approved
- Marketing leans heavily on time-limited discounts and countdown timers
- Not available in every state
Ongoing cost: Flat price at every dose; no membership fee; cancel anytime
Best for: People who want to start quickly and value flat per-dose pricing.

SkinnyRx
$99 first month (injectable semaglutide or tirzepatide); tablets $149-$199 first month · Compounded semaglutide & tirzepatide, tablets or injection
SkinnyRx is one of the few providers offering compounded GLP-1 as a tablet as well as an injection, and it publishes its first-month prices openly. The problem is that it publishes only those: nothing on the site says what month two costs, so a $99 headline cannot be compared with a provider quoting a real twelve-month rate. Get the renewal price in writing before you start, and treat the tablet's thinner evidence base as a genuine trade-off rather than a footnote.
What works
- Tablet (sublingual) and injectable forms of both semaglutide and tirzepatide
- First-month prices published openly on the homepage
- Full refund if the clinician decides you do not qualify
- Clinician messaging through the patient portal at no extra cost
- Accepts FSA and HSA cards; Affirm financing available
What to watch
- Only first-month prices are published; the ongoing monthly rate appears nowhere on the site
- Compounded formulations are not FDA-approved
- Oral compounded GLP-1 has a thinner evidence base than the injectables
- Compounding pharmacy is described as 503A and state-licensed but not named
- Not LegitScript certified
Ongoing cost: Not published: the site, FAQ and terms give no month-two price
Best for: People who want a tablet rather than an injection and can get the ongoing price confirmed in writing before starting.

How to choose between them
Every provider here supplies compounded medication, so the FDA-approval trade-off applies across the board. What separates them is money and honesty:
- Published pricing. A provider that shows its prices before the questionnaire is easier to trust than one that does not. Gala and SkinnyRx both gate pricing behind an intake quiz, which is why they sit at the bottom of this list despite converting well for us.
- What the price includes. Pallas, HealthRX, Bodybuilding Health+ and Gala bundle the clinician review, medication and shipping into one number with no separate membership fee.
- Flat pricing across doses. GLP-1 doses escalate over the first months. Providers that hold price flat at every dose protect you from a rising bill.
- How long you are locked in. The cheapest headline rates need 6- or 12-month prepayment. Most side effects show up in the first weeks, so paying for a year before you know you tolerate the drug is a real risk.
bmiMD
Widest plan range, microdosing · scored 8.0/10

How we score
Each provider gets a score out of 10, computed from six weighted criteria. The weights are fixed and published here, and every input is a fact printed on this page — so if you disagree with a score you can check the arithmetic rather than take our word for it.
| Criterion | Weight |
|---|---|
| Price transparency Is the price visible before you hand over personal medical information? | 25% |
| Value Effective monthly cost of compounded semaglutide over 12 months, like for like. | 20% |
| Regulatory standing Independent certification such as LegitScript, and clarity of FDA-approval disclosure. | 20% |
| Flexibility Monthly plans, flat pricing across doses, microdosing, oral options. | 15% |
| Commitment terms How long you must prepay to get the advertised rate. | 10% |
| Medication range Brand-name access, oral formulations, dosing options. | 10% |
On value in particular: we score the effective monthly cost of compounded semaglutide across twelve months, calculated from each provider's own published tiers. Headline prices are not comparable — some are reduced first months, some are genuine long-plan rates, and some are promotional teasers against a much higher list price. Scoring the headline would put a provider top on a rate nobody pays in month two. Where a provider does not publish enough to compute this, it scores 4/10 for value rather than being given the benefit of the doubt.
Providers that are not on this list
Ranked lists are shaped as much by what they leave out as by what they include, so here is ours. This site only lists providers that pay us a commission. The following are real options that we do not rank, do not link to, and earn nothing from — but you should know they exist before deciding:
- LillyDirect (Zepbound) — Eli Lilly's own self-pay pharmacy. FDA-approved tirzepatide at $299–$499 a month depending on dose.
- NovoCare Pharmacy (Wegovy) — Novo Nordisk's direct channel. FDA-approved semaglutide, including an oral tablet, from $349 a month.
- Ro Body — Established telehealth platform offering brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound, with a membership fee on top of medication.
- Hims & Hers — Large platform, now focused on FDA-approved medication after stepping back from routine compounded semaglutide in March 2026.
Three of those supply FDA-approved medication, which nothing on our ranked list does. If FDA approval matters more to you than price, your best option is not on this page, and we would rather say so than let a ranking imply otherwise. Our compounded vs brand-name guide covers that trade-off without commercial interest.
Frequently asked questions
Which GLP-1 provider is cheapest?
On published pricing, HealthRX is the lowest at as little as $99 a month for compounded semaglutide, but that rate requires a 12-month plan paid up front. For a one-month commitment with no lock-in, Bodybuilding Health+ at $179 a month is the cheapest transparent option we found.
Is compounded tirzepatide the same as Zepbound?
No. Zepbound is an FDA-approved product from Eli Lilly. Compounded tirzepatide is prepared by a compounding pharmacy and is not FDA-approved, meaning the FDA has not evaluated it for safety, effectiveness or quality. The active molecule is intended to be the same, but the manufacturing oversight is not.
Can I get tirzepatide without insurance?
Yes. Every provider on this page is self-pay and none require insurance. Compounded tirzepatide starts at around $139 a month on a long plan.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Tirzepatide and semaglutide are prescription-only in the United States. Every legitimate provider requires a medical intake reviewed by a licensed clinician, and a prescription is only issued if treatment is judged appropriate for you.
What is the difference between tirzepatide and semaglutide?
Semaglutide activates the GLP-1 receptor. Tirzepatide activates both GLP-1 and GIP receptors. In the SURMOUNT-5 head-to-head trial, tirzepatide produced greater average weight loss than semaglutide over 72 weeks.[3] Tirzepatide also tends to cost more.
Are these providers legitimate?
Pallas Health and HealthRX hold LegitScript certification, an independent standard for online pharmacies and telehealth[6]. We note certification status for every provider, and we mark down the ones that hide pricing until after you hand over personal details.
Does Tirzeptides earn money from these links?
Yes, from all eight. Every provider on this page pays us a commission if you start a plan through our link. That is how the site is funded. Our ranking criteria are published in full, and we list the drawbacks of every partner alongside the benefits.
