Every provider we list is a paid partner. If you start a plan through our links we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. How this works.

How we rank GLP-1 providers

Every provider on this site pays us a commission. Here is how we rank them anyway, and how you can check our reasoning against the criteria rather than taking our word for it.

Read this first. All 8 providers we rank are paid partners. That is a real conflict of interest and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can do is publish our criteria, apply them consistently, and print the drawbacks of every partner alongside the benefits — which is why our two highest-converting partners sit at the bottom of the list.

The criteria

  1. Price transparency (weighted heaviest). Can you see what it costs before handing over personal medical information? Providers that gate pricing behind a quiz are marked down hard.
  2. Total real cost. What you actually pay across a plan, including what month two costs after a promotional rate ends.
  3. Regulatory standing. Independent certification such as LegitScript, and how clearly the provider discloses that compounded medication is not FDA-approved.
  4. What the price includes. Clinician review, medication, shipping and ongoing care in one number scores better than a stack of separate charges.
  5. Dose-escalation pricing. Flat pricing across doses scores better than pricing that climbs as your dose does.
  6. Commitment terms. How long you must prepay for the headline rate, and how easy it is to cancel.
  7. Honesty of marketing. Countdown timers, unverifiable testimonials and efficacy claims beyond the evidence all count against a provider.

What does not affect the ranking

Commission rate. Our payouts range from $175 to $500 per conversion and the ordering does not track that. The provider we rank first pays us the lowest commission of the eight. The two that convert best for us — one of which pays $500 — are ranked fifth and sixth, because they hide their pricing until after you have handed over your details.

Who pays us

All eight: HealthRX, Bodybuilding Health+, bmiMD, Pallas Health, System Labs, Embody, Gala Health, SkinnyRx.

Every outbound link carries rel="sponsored nofollow" and a visible "paid partner link" label. There are no unpaid links on this site, so there is no risk of mistaking one for the other.

What this list is not

It is not a survey of every way to get a GLP-1. It covers the compounded telehealth market our partners operate in. Manufacturer self-pay channels supply FDA-approved medication and are discussed in our guides without links, because we earn nothing there and would rather you knew they existed.

How often we update

We re-verify pricing on a rolling basis and stamp every page with the date we last checked. Always confirm on the provider's own site before buying.
